A new year, a new diet!
I have been on a diet since Jan 2, 2012. Eatting breakfast, lunch, and dinner before 6pm. No potatos, chips, or junk food at all. My breakfast mostly consists of oatmeal with cinnamon, apples, flax seed, and sunflower seeds or two eggs on GL toast (no butter). My lunch is whatever I can find that will fill me up such as a piece of chicken, saurkraut, tuna, veggies, or a piece of fruit. Dinner is almost always a fruit and veggie. My only snack has been peanuts or popcorn. I have been walking 2 miles a day with a work out video that is kicking my ass!

My starting weight on Jan 2 was 295!!!!!!!! 295!!!! OMG!!!! INSANE!!!
My weight as of today, Feb 9 is 281. So I am definately going in the right direction now....and I am not going to let up until I am at least 250. That is my goal for June 1st. (when camping season starts) I will try to keep up with a weekly update.

As of now I am down 14 pounds!

Ok...I am starting a blog about my journey to "smaller". Yesterday I went to a new Dr. The same doctor that found a skull fracture in my sister than no machine or any other doctor found. He put me on Metformin/Glucophage to restrict sugar from getting into my blood stream. He also is giving me a shot in my ass at $25 per pop twice a week to get my weight down QUICK. I am also on a high protein diet and green tea tablets. Which is making me want to VOMIT! My blood pressure was through the ROOF...so this will hopefully get the weight off, lower my blood pressure, and make me human again! My starting weight is 275. My goal weight ...well...is being able to clap again! LOL.
